Every piece is made to order. Orders ship within 1 to 3 days and arrive in 3 to 12 days depending on your region, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free worldwide. You get the tracking number by email the moment it leaves the facility.
We do not do returns, because we do not need them. If your piece arrives damaged, late beyond reason, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we refund or replace it, and you keep the piece. No labels, no post office, no waiting on a refund until something arrives back.
The Pave Heart is gold tone electroplated over titanium steel (316L). The Lucky Heart is gold tone electroplated copper alloy and should be kept dry. Both are listed in full on their product pages, with size, weight and care. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the 30 day return covers it.
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can change the address or cancel for a full refund. After that the order is already moving.
